How to create first ad unit

Today in the morning I have applied for Google Adsense Account through Indiastudychannel. Now I have received the the following mail from Google that says my application has been successfully reviewed and I need to create my first ad unit and place the ad code.
Please guide me through the next procedure to create the first ad unit and place my ad code.

    Shubham,
You do not need to do anything. That is an automatic email alert sent by Google to all publishers. If you have applied through ISC, it is the ISC admin. which puts the ad units everywhere on the site. Only in an article [once full approval for AdSense is obtained from Google] a member is allowed to place an ad unit within the text of the article [warning: it should not be near an image or a URL which is in text or clickable form]. So if you are contributing in the articles section & can follow the instructions given here with great care, then you can place an ad unit in your article after getting AdSense approval. Otherwise best to leave it as per the placement system installed by the admin.

Congratulations Shubham for the Google AdSense account. It takes a lot of hard work to get an AdSense account. You do not have to do anything, ISC will automatically create and place your ads. Just relax.
