A great news: I have got non-hosted Google AdSense account through my blog.

    Dear Members,
A good news to share with you all that I have got a non-hosted Google AdSense account for my blog. Since, four month before I have applied for Google AdSense account through AdSense API profile page in my ISC account and within a week my Google AdSense account got approved but that was hosted for ISC. Then I came to know at another sister site of ISC i.e. www.techulator.com; to monetize the content on www.techulator.com, one needs to have non-hosted Google AdSense account. Therefore, I have registered a domain for my blog www.aptipedia.net and then only yesterday I configured the DNS control panel to get verified non-hosted Google AdSense account. And today, in the morning I opened my AdSense account, I got the message on my AdSense account that my account is non-hosted. I am very happy. Now, I can work on www.techulator.com with my content monetized.

I am glad; very very happy.
    Thanks

My heartiest congratulations to the author Victor on his achievement. So there will now be two AdSense accounts - one hosted Google AdSense account and the other non-hosted Google AdSense account. I would request the author to explain more about the same i.e. the differences and similarities between the two for the benefit of members who are not that much proficient in computer/internet technology related subject matters. In case any article on the subject matter is available in the resources of ISC, then its link may be provided. Otherwise the author may consider writing a detailed article on the subject matter.

No, Kailash sirjee. You get it wrong. Actually, my same hosted account has been converted to non-hosted account when I purchased domain for my blog and applied for non-hosted account.

Congratulations Vijay Kumar & wishing you happy earnings from your site / other sites in addition to ISC earnings.

For general information: When you apply through ISC, it is a hosted account. You can create your own website or convert your blog into a website with a domain (.com / .in / .net) using the services of those who provide it (such as GoDaddy). Then you apply via your AdSense account for an upgrade to a non-host account with the URL of that site. If Google approves your application, you can then start getting AdSense earnings from that site, any other additional sites you may set up in future, blogs and any other site where you associate your account (such as techulator).

Can the earning from ISC contents as in the case of a hosted Google AdSense account by providing ISC url be continued even after opening a non-host account?

    Congratulations, Vijay.
It is only from Vandana's response above that I got a small hint of the different nomenclature hosted and non-hosted. As I am not having any blog or website of my own, I feel it is suffice to me now that I am with ISC.
But I understand now that you have done something extra and deserve appreciation for that.

Vijay, congratulations for getting a non-hosted Adsense account.

I am of the opinion that someone should properly explain the difference between a non-hosted & a hosted Adsense account for the benefit of others.

A hosted account is limited to just one channel (like ISC or YouTube or a blog..), and a non-hosted account can be associated with multiple channels at the same time (like ISC plus YouTube plus blogs....). In a non-hosted account, the earnings from all the channels go into a single account. The non-hosted Adsense account holder benefits from that as he reaches the payment-threshold faster.

Other Adsense account holders are hereby requested to add the missing information, if any, for the benefit of other members.

When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new!

Thank you very much for the appreciation.

Thanks to you. But a hosted account is not limited to one channel. Please, read the forum thread, below.

Congratulations Vijay, for the approval of non-hosted Google Adsense. I am not yet familiar with all these, I would ask for the guidlines when I start my own blog. With best wishes!.

    Mr. Vijay,
I have one question. I have applied for google adsense account and it got approved in a month. After that I guess its 5 months now, but I am not understanding how to generate the revenue from google adsense. I have not earned a single penny from there, since from the time applied for the account.

Did you applied for Google AdSense through ISC? If yes then your Adsense account is hosted and you have to be active and contribute, consistently in ISC to get earnings.

If no then you have adsense account for your blog or website and you have to put ads on your website (3 link ads and 3 image ads max per page). Then you will get earning according to PPC and page impression.

First and foremost, a warm hearty congratulation for getting a fully approved Google Adsense account. Getting a fully approved Adsense account theses day is definitely a very hard task to talk about and only a few succeed to convert their hosted account to a fully approved account. With the recent changes in the rules and regulation in the Google Adsense's policy, it has become really tough for publishers to get a fully approved account theses days and that to from a country like India. Anyway, I am really happy that all your hard work finally paid off and got yourself a fully approved account.

    Once again, Congratulation!!!!!

    Regards

    Hello Mr. Vijay,
I contribute from time to time in ISC. I have a hosted account of google adsense. When I click on any of the ad sizes like 300*250 or 720*90 etc. I am taken to the login page for google adsense. I log into it. Then I am taken to adsense myads page. Then certain kind of earnings, rpm score, page view score is given. Can I know how much am I earning each day from this page?

Login to your AdSense account, go to "Performance" tab and then there is "Report" on the left side, there you can track you daily earnings.

    Vijay,
A little clarification is requested. Did you mean to say that yesterday only you configured your blog, then you applied for the non-hosted account and even with no / very little content on your new blog your AdSense application was approved?

  • #532748
    @Ankit
No, this is not so. My blog is 5-6 years old and has 98 posts till date and I have applied for non-hosted AdSense account with the new domain name (www.aptipedia.net) which I purchase from www.bigrock.in
