Manohar , welcome to ISC. First of all you will have to 'Learn to Earn' as the first half part of the motto of ISC suggests. Answers to most of the common questions of new members are available in 'Help' section which can be accessed by clicking on the link on top of the page near logo of ISC. Continuing in the forum section for some time helps in knowing various policies and guidelines of the ISC. After learning the basics, the second part of motto- i.e. 'Earn to Learn' comes in picture. It depends on the individuals as to much time one takes in the learning part. My suggestion is to continue in forum section, read the threads raised by other authors and post response. In barest minimum words, it can be said that everything on ISC is about good content writing ability.
