Need clarification on adsense account

When I applied for adsense account through ISC last week, I got immediately a mail from Google saying that my payment address got changed. After that I did not receive any mail further. I am able to login to my adsense account, which shows zero revenues. In http://www.indiastudychannel.com/adsense/v4/index.aspx page, it shows my publisher Id and Google status as ACCEPTED. I was waiting for adsense account approval mail from Google. I am of the opinion that I should not do any thing until I get an approval mail from them.
But today I got a mail from Google with the subject line "Please place your Google AdSense ad code on your site". In side the mail, it says "We've noticed that you've successfully created your first ad unit, but you haven't placed your ad code on
http://www.indiastudychannel.com/adsense-api-profile/bhuvannalla.aspx. This step is necessary for the full activation of your account."

I am confused. What should I do now?

Do one thing open Manage Adsense page
http://www.indiastudychannel.com/adsense/v4/index.aspx
and click "Generate Ads & Check Status" and "Check Ad Serving". If these two steps are successfully, system will generate ad units and place them in your content pages.

To conform whether your ads are placed in your content pages open any of your article or job or AdSense profile page. "Right click" and open "View page source". Next click "ctrl+f" and enter "pub-your AdSense number".

If the above mention steps are successful, then you have created ad units and placed them in your content pages. Now Google will check any of your page (In general the one getting highest traffic) and approve your account. Wait for the mail stating your account is fully approved. If you feel any difficulty in following above mention steps feel free to ask.

No need, It will place automatically. Follow the steps mention above and let me know when you finish. I will check your profile and let you know whether your ads are placed in content pages for second step of adsense approval processes.

Vanaja ma'am, I clicked on the "Generate Ads & Check Status" button and I got the message in http://www.indiastudychannel.com/adsense/v4/index.aspx page as - Status of your AdSense account as per Google records is "APPROVED" in green color letters. And when I clicked on "Check Ad Serving" button the message in green color has gone. My Google Status also shows as APPROVED. What does that mean? Is my account got approved? But I never received a confirmation mail from Google that my adsense account got approved.

Not yet, Only blank ads are appearing in your content page that means second test of approval processes is not yet completed.

I have checked your Adsense profile page, your ad with pub-id (7139XXXXXXX390) is successfully integrated with ISC. You have done every thing, now Google will check any of your page and approve your account. So wait for the "Congratulations" Email from Google.

Generally you will get email in a day or two. So wait for couple of dates and update your status here.

Today I got a mail from Google saying that my Adsense account got fully activated. I would like to thank Vanaja ma'am and Vandana ma'am for their prompt responses regarding my doubts in Adsense account. I would also like to thank ISC in this regard.

If you are using chrome as your primary browser, add "Google Publisher toll bar" extension and enable "ad overlays". It will overlay your ads (Not all) and not let you click on them. It is one of the good extensions from Google to protect from invalid click activity.

Problem resolved, Hence locking the thread.
