    We, many of us, just seeing the Green peas in markets but do not buy by thinking something. Actually the green peas are very much good to our health as it contains hyponeutrients in a great level. The content of bytoneutrients named as chaomestral is acting against the cancer in our body. The fibre contents and protein of the green peas helps us to control the sugar level in our body. Through the consumption of Green peas we can control the unwanted fat in our body.

    It is better to buy the green peas with skin and can keep in fridge for two days by using in less quantity daily along with other vegetables. But the main thing we have to follow while buying the pealed green peas, they, the market people, adding some green color to depict the freshness in green peas. for this we have to be very careful while buying that by buying with the skin otherwise cleaning well
    before using after buying the same from market.
