The present government is in top 3 position in the world in winning the confidence of people.

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) has conducted a survey all over the world to know the pulse of the people about their trust in their governments. In this survey, our government under the leadership of Modi stood at the third position. In our country, almost 75% of people expressed their confidence in the government. The government's corruption reducing policies and new tax laws have increased the confidence of people in the government. The Switzerland government is in the first position and Indonesia in the second position. This is another survey which proved the popularity of Modi in India. We should congratulate the government for their good governance and this achievement.

Since ISC is an educational channel, I want to bring to the notice of the author of this thread that this information has been given in some different way. Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the global polling giant Gallup, in a report 'Government at a Glance 2017' indicate in a graphic presentation that the government of India is among the top three in confidence of people in the government(73%) but the same report also indicated that the confidence levels in the Indian government were nine points less from the 82 per cent recorded in 2007 - when Manmohan Singh was the PM.

To me there is nothing to be happy about this. I want to bring to the notice that the sample size of the survey ( 1000 people) and the % of yes to the question ' Do you have confidence in national government?' do not represent much about the issue. Some other issues are also discussed in this report.
