I have 4 years of experience in IT. I do not feel motivated to work here. From beginning I had passion for teaching, however somehow I landed in IT.

I have done Bsc in computers and MCA in 2013 from reputed university.

The author may contact NIOS , the central government initiative to create new teachers with good training support given by them through their write ups and notes.

I suppose this question has to be moved to Ask Experts section.

Having 4 years of IT experience, you still have lot of chances to enter into teaching. There are various teachers eligibility tests conducted every year to recruit qualified teachers. These exams are conducted individually for central and state government vacancies. One of the entrance tests which is conducted for central government job vacancies which I know is Central Teacher Eligibility Test ( CTET). Similar exam will be conducted for each state as well. I would suggest you to google more on the teachers entrance tests to find out your preferred tests and the corresponding eligibility criteria and next entrance test details. Hope this information is useful for you.
