Indian Army Day today - saluting all the personnel who serve us tirelessly

We take pride in our Armed Forces and are aware of the dedication and commitment of all the personnel who safeguard our borders, the seas and the sky. Today, on the occasion of Indian Army Day, like in previous years, let us once again salute the valour of those serving in the Indian Army. They wage war against enemies who infiltrate into our territory and also are there for us in times of natural disasters, always on duty, 24x7.

A salute to each and every one of the men and women of the Indian Army, from the Sipahi and Lance Naiks to the Majors and Generals. Thank you for your selfless commitment. Jai Hind.

On this occasion, I would request everyone to watch the film Uri.

    Jai Hind.
A day to stand erect and salute the personnel who work tirelessly to safeguard our nation 24x7, and also help the public during peacetime. They are the guards who don't sleep to ensure our peaceful and sound sleep.
    Jai Jawan & Jai Bharat.

Indian Army is the most ethical army in the world. The army-men are the ray of hope in this country which is being looted by the politicians and their followers. Indian Army saves the citizens from the blood-thirsty neighbours. On this day, we, the civilian people of India, must take the pledge of standing in support of Indian Army. We must promise that we won't criticize the Army won't allow others to criticize the Army on frivolous grounds.
Come on, have a fight. Don't shoot and scoot.

On the occasion of Indian Army day, I salute all the persons in the Army for their commitment towards safeguarding the interest of the country without thinking about their family or self. They dedicated their lives to the Nation. We are all safe here because of those persons relentless job at the borders and taking care of all of us.
A real Indian will definitely realise their good work and salute them every day as we do to the God.

My heartily thanks to Vandana for reminding us of this day. In the context of only few of the entities that we see our country as one or else we as one has no identity. Thanks to the Indian army for their selfless job throughout. Jai Hind.

A timely and appropriate thread to honour and show our respect for these relentless fighters on our borderlines.

Indian army is well known for its courageous and brave people who have made an imprint in the world history whether they fought with the neighbours here or were sent time to time in any war as a part of united nations forces in the various disturbed areas in the world.

We show our solidarity and faith in these personnels who are making our life safe and secure by defeating the aggressions of our quarrelsome neighbouring countries.

Long live the Indian army and I salute them wholeheartedly.
    Jai Jawan.

    Knowledge is power.

A big Salute from the heart to all the soldiers, including those who have left and those who have sacrificed their lives for the country, and their families on this Army Day!

I wish we learn to remember them in our prayers and also pay them some respect when you happen to see them in uniform. Instead of cribbing about their perks, let us resolve to support them so that they are mentally at peace to guard us against any internal or external aggressions.

Let us ensure that their families are looked after so that they can concentrate on their job without any worries about their near and dear ones back home.

Let us not shower words of praise on the uniformed men just during wars or disturbances or on Army Days or Vijay Diwas. Let us sleep peacefully thanking the men who are guarding our borders in the toughest of terrains and weather.

    Jai Hind!

My salute to all in the Indian Army on this day. They are protecting us from all the corners and letting us sleep peacefully, while they stay awake 24*7 throughout the year. They are always helping us in distress and never bother for our praise.

It is really shameful when we hear politicians making unusual and distressing comments about the army. The job the army men are doing and the pain they go through while carrying out their daily activities cannot be felt by an individual unless she/he is associated with the force. We should not discourage them by making unnecessary comments and they must remain in our hearts everytime irrespective of any special days.

    Jai Hind!
