AdSense cannot be added to the site

I have recently received my own AdSense account. I have followed the option to connect my adsense to the site. However, my Google AdSense page shows that there have been a few policy violations on the site and thus ad serving would not be possible.

I would wish to draw the attention of the technical team to this issues.

Hi Timmappa,
Nobody can help you on this. I would suggest waiting for a few days during which you should attempt to fetch more traffic through some hot topics (admission posts maybe?) and then request a review again.
