    Education is a lifelong process

Education is a lifelong process there is no doubt. Education doesn't mean only cramming of facts. Education is learning of one's service to human, society and country. Education is learning of ethics. There three types of education
1)Formal - it is related with institutions
2)Informal- it is other name of learning by experiences
3)Non- formal- it is related with distance learning.
Discussing differences between above said three types of education, give a detailed description of your concept about education.

The purpose of education is learning and in our lives we always go on learning in one way or other. The day we stop learning our progress would stall. Successful people go on learning in their lives and that is the reason why they are so experienced.
    Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.

I often quote the Sanskrit sloka:
" Aachaaryaat paadamaadatte, paadam shishya swamedhaya
Paadam sabrahmachaaribhyah, paadam kaalkramena cha ".

It startssaying that teh first quarter part of our total education is taught by Teacher(Aacharya). One quarter the student learns self, One quarter comes from friends, one quarter in due course of time.
It did not say education ends. It says that in due course of time. That means education is a life long process.

The great Malayalam poet late Ulloor S Parameswara Iyer wrote about the importance of education.
Two lies there are as below:
" Patikkanam naamoronnu baalyam thottu nirantharam
Patiththam mathiyaakeedaam praanan meni vidunna naal" which means that we continuously go on learning various things from our childhood, we can end learning only when the 'praana' (life breath) leaves our body. That is we learn till our death.

There is no denying that education is the most important thing in our lives and it makes us a rational and logical thinker. If it does not then there is some flaw in our education and upbringing. The academic education is one part in our life after which we generally try for a job and start our career but the education continues in learning new skills of working efficiently in our workplace and learning many other elements tom our seniors and mentors. So the process of learning goes on along the journey of life and it is said that the day we stop learning we become like a dead wood log.
    Knowledge is power.

If any one says he is fully educated and nothing more to add, he is probably making a foolish statement. Education is a ocean adding the water of further knowledge to already existing huge quantum quantity of water and therefore the whole life would be short enough to claim everything has been learned. Education is not necessarily our regular studies, it may be connected to the spirituality, the religious exploration, the history of past happenings, the science of old and modern science, the animal kingdom and above all the ethics and mannerism. All these are the branch of great value education and one who go on exploring one after other, he would surely become refined person as he is not giving chance to mingle with wrong persons, no gossip and pure knowledge gathering is something everyone love to acquire.

what we learn in our life is an education to us. We will be learning from day one to death day. So there is no end and it is a life long process. If somebody feels that they have nothing more to learn, their progress is over. The downward trend will start. This true in all our cases. As a matter of fact, the matter available in this world is infinite and we may not be able to learn at least 1 PPM of the approximate figure. So we should get educated every moment. Somewhere I read a woman of above 90 years old attended her SSC examination and passes the examination.

Education brings refinement within the beneficiaries and due to the education one can enhance one's analytical power. However, its benifits cannot be fully reaped unless we don't have the analytical approach. Unfortunately there are many who think otherwise. According to them, by cramming up some important questions of the different classes and writing down their answers is the guarantee of success. In that way, they will be treated as qualified persons. Their wrong notions prevent them from further learnings and such misconception can be wiped out with the constant learning.

I would like to say that life is a school and it teaches us a new thing everyday. As we grow so also our way of handling things, our priorities, our anger, love and attachment. As life itself is a teacher, it keeps on giving us testpapers that may be easy and at times very tough but if we use our experience, we will be able to solve the toughest paper.

We normally hear sings or musicians saying that "Music" is like an ocean and you cannot empty an ocean but take little form it. the more you take, the more you realise that still you have plenty to take. It means that you are still a beginner even though you feel like you have achieved heights or learned a lot as still there are lot to learn.

The same implies to us in learning or our education. We believe that a child starts learning from the womb and it is through mothers absorption, then through touch, by seeing, by hearing, by experiencing, by watching, etc. As we grow, we are send for formal education in school but side by side, we keep on learning from our family, relatives, friends, society, nature, etc. Every thing that happens at a time or the present situation teaches us something, may be sweet or may be bitter but it helps us to learn and grow that helps us to be a better person in the later stage. Some us it to become grounded and make it useful to him/her and the society while some use it for their selfish gain. It is hope you take it and make it.

“The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love, and to let it come in." — Morrie Schwartz
