    Sailing lives unto the oceans

    Rain, rain go away
    Come again another day
    says the child

Children always loved to play in rainwater, but these days it is vice-versa. Rainfall has taken the dominance to play with the lives of many people dragging them to the oceans, never to be visible to the human eye.

This year we are visualising a heavy rainfall than the last few years. Many houses are sunk in the water and also ransacked with their assets, can be never retrieved. What's the situation in your city? Why there is such heavy rainfall? Discuss.

Jabalpur is a city surrounded by rocks of Sangmar, which is quite a beautiful city.
It rains well every year, but this time there is a little bit less. It is still two months but still, the water level of the Narmada river has decreased slightly.
Last year, after the opening of the gates of Bargi Dam due to rain, the water in the Narmada river had increased so much that the water reached the road there.

It is expected that with the flow of festivals starting from Rakhi, the rain will also fall.
Actually the main reason of heavy rainfall is the temperature was in summer, The hot air cools down and condenses and evaporates. Since hot air can absorb more water than cold air. In other words, when the hot air is cold, the vapor particles condense and transform into a liquid state, causing rain. ...

What I feel that nature is not kind and equal to all. When the north is battered with hot summer, the South would experience good climate and even some welcome showers. Since three days Hyderabad has been receiving more than required rain water as the roads get clogged, the drainage gets over flown and even enter the corona wards of the government hospitals. And we see Assam , Bihar and West Bengal always face the brunt of the floods thanks to swallowing Brahmaputra. I feel this river proved to be the curse for many state through which it flows ultimately on the ocean. Why this river should not distributed to the parched area of other places through which it flows to quench their thirst and agriculture needs. When we cannot save the rain water, then we are failing to grab the nature help to us.

Hyderabad is quite cool and calm. Though the monsoon season came early in Telangana and its adjoining regions, we are not facing any heavy rains, as in Assam, Bihar and a few other states. In Hyderabad, monsoon is not a spoilsport. It is mostly gentle here, without disturbing the life of the people in any way. In fact, the climate becomes very comfortable during the monsoon season. We even do not need to use ACs and at times even fans are not required, especially during early mornings. On certain occasions though, when there is a heavy downpour, many streets in the city get submerged due to the rainwater, but they get cleared very soon.

In Hyderabad, this year rains are not heavy but moderate only. Today the atmosphere is good.
The heavy rains or no rains. These are all because of the evils done by the people and when nature is furious things like this will happen.
In Mahabharatha, it was told that the war happened not because of the Pandavas and Kauravas. In this world, unruliness was going beyond control at that time. That is why Lord Krishna came on this earth and seen that new governance will be established.
These days all these unnatural things are happening only reduce the load on this land and see that nature will not lose its identity and uniqueness. So we all should maintain ourselves in a disciplined way so that normalcy will restore on this earth.

In Navi Mumbai area as per meteorological information the monsoon was to arrive in time and rains were supposed to be normal. Unfortunately what happened so far is reverse. The monsoon was late by a month and though it rained for a few days but now again it is cloudy but not raining. Experts say that even if it rains now the shortfall can be met and there would not be any water problem in the following winters and summers. We can only hope for good in this situation. If it does not rain sufficiently in the remaining time then we would have a tough time in water management. Rainwater is a precious gift of nature to us. Water conservation and rain water management is definitely a difficult task and also we do not have extra storage dams for the rain water and that is going to create problems whenever it does not rain heavily.

Rainy season had started in some places a months back and there was so much rains in some places that the towns and villages are submerged in water and a great loss of men and material has taken place. Though Govt has announced some package for the sufferers but that is only the financial part and who would share their grief as they are out of their native place due to the fury of nature.
    Thoughts exchanged is knowledge gained.
