Happy World Mental Health Day to all.

Every year World Mental Health Day is being celebrated on 10th of October.

This year our daily lives have changed considerably as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The people are facing a lot of problems. There are many challenges. The health care people are working taking up the challenge and treating the people who are suffering. Many workers lost their jobs and their survival becomes a challenge for them. Under these conditions, the mental health of many people is suffering and we are seeing many people going into depression. Under these conditions, this day gets special attention.

The need for mental health support will be a requirement these days and all should rise to the occasion and strive their best to keep the mental health of the people suffering because of this pandemic.

I wish a Happy World Mental Health Day to all the members of ISC.

On the occasion of world mental health day, I am wishing everyone to take care of themselves as nothing comes first for us and the health is the prime motto to which everyone must give credence and keep our balance mentally. And keeping mentally fit is something everyone is discarding. That we should stop worrying matters which are not in our control. we should not worry about others who are not concerned to us, we should not worry about things that is not required at present at all. Most of our mental worries are borrowed or transferred from other sources to which we keep on pondering. By worrying too much we are increasing our BP and sugar levels and that gives rise to side effect on other disease. As long as we are mentally fit, everyone cares us, once we loose balance we are discarded and not cared.
