The value of 'Ji' and 'G' in our daily life

    Value of Ji:
Of late, we shrink ourselves to use sir or Ji while calling others in our daily routine. But according to me calling any person we meet daily with respect as sir or Ji, this will bring cordial relationship and a good rapport can be availed by us.

    Value of G:

Accordingly the following five 'G's will help us when we use daily for our good health:
G1 - Ginger: It acts a good insecticide in our daily life

G2 - Garlic: It reduces the Cholesterol in our body

G3 - Gooseberry: It acts as an Antioxidant. It reduces the glucose level of blood, prevent cancer

G4 - Green Tea: It reduces stress and tension

G5 - Green Chilly: It acts as Anti-bacteria and good for lungs

Very nice information from the author regarding various Gs in our lives. If we say Good Morning sir, it will be taken as very good respect shown towards the other person. Here both G and Ji are there. Respecting others is always a good trait. So by saying Sir/ Madam to the other person we will not lose anything. At the same time, the opinion about is in the thoughts of the other person will be good. That may make him help us when there is a need. We should respect others and then only we can expect respect from others.
All the Gs mentioned by the author are really very good and they have very good medicinal used. We use all these in our food every day.

If you respect someone you will be respected. This is a simple reciprocal thing. It's human nature that we like to be addressed respectfully.

Rest what you have written about G is also interesting.
