    Christmas 2020 and Corona

The Christmas of the year 2020 or we may call it Corona Christmas is fast approaching tomorrow. The best church to celebrate it, is within the four walls of your house. Pray, make merry, eat all what you have prepared for the occasion but within the secured place of your house. Limit the number of guests. If possible, do without them. The best service you will be doing to the society is to keep yourself safe and let others be safe. Never feel alone, God is always there to give you company. Avoid travel even to the nearest places. The new year is ahead. Let's all pray this Christmas that the New Year may throw this damn corona away so that we could celebrate the 2021 Christmas as usual with all the festivities connected with the Holy Festival. Wish all ISCians a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Sukhdev Singh ji, thanks for your Christmas wishes and your nice world of advices to cope up with the corona times.
It is a matter of great happiness when we see an old member posting in the forum section. As you had joined ISC in 2011, you are a very senior member and a beautiful message from you makes me really very joyful in this festive time. We have discussed these matters so many times in the forum section and it is true that people have become more aware of these precautions that we have to take in this situation. We do not have much options today and more we remain in social isolation, more chances are there to not get this virus infect us.
I also reciprocate best wishes to you and your family on this occasion and take this opportunity to wish a happy Christmas to all my fellow members in ISC.

Mr.Sukhdev Singh, After a long gap, I am seeing your post on the ISC website. We like to see your posts more frequently on this site and hope you will continue this activity regularly in the future. My happy Christmas greetings to all the members of ISC and hope it will bring peace, health, the serenity to all the people of the world. As we are seeing in the news, a new strain of the virus has started fearing the UK and South Africa, it is always safe to celebrate Christmas and New year in closed doors rather than celebrate in large gatherings.

Welcome back Sukhdev Singh after a long gap and glad to see your Christmas greetings and truly this festivities has become more low scale and the people are yet to comes to the terms and even many Hindu festivals gone thin and no celebrations at all. Nevertheless as advised by the author this time there is a low key festivities and for people the health is more important and therefore the celebrations are subjected to the four wall of the homes and even mingling and exchanging pleasantries are kept low. If we are good and healthy , every day is the festival and we take pride about good health.

Very pleased to see a pleasing thread from Mr. Sukhdev Singh after a gap of many years. A good advice rendered by you to celebrate Christmas and New year in a simple manner at this crucial time of Corona playing its serious role. Yes. We should celebrate the festival within the four walls of our house and pray to God for the early death of Corona to facilitate celebration of Christmas 2021 in a grand manner.

Nice advisory by the senior author. Yes, we are taking all the precautions and celebrating the festivals within the four walls and wish that this evil virus will be soon out of our lives and then we would be free to roam in the open air. I also take this opportunity to wish all the fellow ISCians a very happy and merry Christmas. May God bless you all and give calm and peace.

A very good suggestion from the author. This year itself is Corona year. All festivals were celebrated in isolation only. So this Christmas should also be celebrated by participating in activities by taking all required precautions. We can pray to God from our house only. We need thinking to go to a place where there will be a big crowd. That is not good for self as well as others. We can do our prayers at home only and interact with friends and relatives on phone.
Let us all hope that the comings days will be good and there will be peace everywhere. Let us get ready to invite the new year peacefully and hope we all will have good health in the coming days.
