    Protect yourself from phishing attacks.

Nowadays the crime related to cyber-attack is increasing. Recently a famous journalist of NDTV has told about the phishing attack that happened to her. Journalists who were themselves engaged in an area for the last 20 years whose job was to make the public aware and alert, such incidents happen with them tells us that we should not be careless about this matter.

Such attacks are done so cleverly that you will feel that you are sharing your data on a genuine website itself, but that website will actually be created by hackers who will be stealing your data.

It is very important to keep vigilance in the online or digital world. Therefore, while opening any link, be sure that you are clicking the appropriate link. Check the URL carefully, if there is any doubt, then contact directly to the respective website.

We all hear the news about the cyber crime daily still we get the victim of the same. Yesterday only I was listening to an advertisement of Amitabh Bachchan who was giving awareness to the audience not to share your password/otp or open any link if you are asked by someone over the phone. These days when there is lots of unemployment so people have found out this new method of earning money as this is the easiest way as one can have the money through a phone call or through an email. Cybercrime is very common these days as people are not much aware and can easily be duped by these criminals as they are mastermind in it.

Cybercrimes are increasing. We are hearing many issues related to this. So we should be very careful. We receive many fake emails and messages and if we believe them we will definitely get deceived. That is why we should be alert always. We should not share our bank account details and other identities to the people who are asking over the phone. They may tell you that they are from the bank. Even then you should not tell those details to them. We should not share OTPs with anybody. It is always better to be careful than repenting after the mistake happens.
