    Overthinking is always bad.

    Thingking is good or bad depends on types and ways of thinking. You have heard and read about thinkers. They are highly respecatable and what they had or have uttered are followed. But too much thinking is not appreciated. Why? because too much thinking or overhinking is detrimental for health. It causes depression, anxiety and creates problem for a person. It's said that women think too much but it's not true.
    The link between overthinking and mental health problems is a chicken-or-egg type question. Overthinking is linked to several psychological problems.
    The more you think, the worse you feel. And your feelings of misery, anxiety, or anger may cloud your judgment and prevent you from taking positive action. When you start thing too much about problem it increase your anxiety however if you think about solution of the problem, it does not affect you negatively, rather, it opens several avenues to come out of the maze of problems.
    Time spent developing creative solutions or learning from your behavior is productive. But time spent overthinking, whether it's 10 minutes or 10 hours, won't enhance your life, rather, it reduces your reasoning power as well as causes weakness in body. Some people are involved to swim into ocean of imagination. They think about those things which are inaccessible to them. They think about celebrities, movie stars and world class players. They keep them closer or have close relationship with them in imaginations. They create their own world where they are the most powerful people. Their popularity is beyond attainability even for all humans but they achieve everything in imagination. It's waste of time.

    The author is right. Some people have a very high habit of thinking and such people also think a lot about others' thinking all the time. It is wrong to think about what others will think before doing every work. The flow of thoughts is always happening in the human mind and this is a process but the problem comes when your thinking habit starts to push you towards fear and negativity. The more we think, the more we raise concerns in our life and this has a negative impact on both our mental and physical health. Every problem has a solution or other, and thinking more you promote the problem rather than the remedy. If we talk to our loved ones instead of over-thinking, maybe it will be more beneficial for us. It is good to think but the worry is the result of over-thinking. A resolution that you will not think too much will give you a peaceful life to a great extent.

    Thinking is a good habit. We should understand the issue correctly by thinking and then make a decision and implement that decision. This is the correct methodology. But once we start implementation, again thinking and changing the decisions in between may not be a good thing. Overthinking about an issue and worrying about that may not solve the problems. Taking the actions that are to be taken on time is more important. Based on the issue and based on our knowledge on the subject, we can even seek the advice of some person whom we know well and trust well.
    Some people will think so much and they will make an issue out of no issue. This is wrong. When we have no work in our hand and sit idle we may think more about unwanted things and may get into problems. So it is better to engage the brain in some useful thoughts so that it will not cause any worry to us.
