Does budget 2021-22 be able to lift India's covid-19 battered economy.

Budget 2021-22 announced by the Govt. But due to the effect of pandemic corona virus situation the govt reaches up to 9.50 percent deficit budget. They have taken several issues regarding this. Do you think that will sufficient to bring relief to poor, increased employment and control inflation? Please comments.

I am happy that a thread about the budget presented today is raised. We are not experts in the field of economy. Only after the experts' analyse it, we can understand about the budget. For the common man, the income tax slab is important but there is nothing in that aspect. Senior citizens above 75 years are exempted from filing the income tax returns provided they have only pension and interest from deposits as their sole income. Cess is levied on some items. This income goes to Central Government and the State Governments do not get anything.

If there is a will, there is always a way. Efficient planning should certainly put back our battered economy on the right track. Certainly we will put our economy back in track, not soon but later. Let us hope positively.
