Behind every success our luck also matters

Though we are hard working, good planners, have the guts to face the challenges and moments that ask for special attention , still we lag behind for one reason that the luck is not favoring. Take it any thing in our life, the legacy of achieving success is not that easy and what we think is not happening creates series of setbacks which hampers the very performance. Do you also feel that luck factor dominates our success in life or what you presume time factor only tell the difference. ? Please give your opinion on the matter.
