I think SBI is having wide network across the country and with merging of SBH some years ago the bank group has gone much bigger and more appraochable. Most of the customers have account there and the service is good. As my account is also with the same bank and mostly online transactions are done, we are not going to the bank at all except the renewal of our deposits. Anyway I rate the performance of SBI has the best among all the public sector banks for their good network, service and reputation.
