In many organisations, we see people losing their jobs. The same person, when joined in another organisation, will get a good name as a good worker. The reason behind this is the nature of the work. The boss in the second company might have identifies the skills of the person and gave him a job that suits the person. Here we should appreciate the boss for realising the actual ability of the person.
