    Who do you value most during the walk?

    Almost every person is being conscious about his health in today's time and this awareness will be seen in the morning in the garden or park etc. where people are seen walking or exercising. Everyone's method and preferences are different during the walk, some people walk fast and some walk slowly. We can also have certainties of time, steps, etc., it depends on the situation and up to the person. Some people don't walk at a particular time or manner, they just walk as long as their mind or body allows. On the other hand, some in the trend of the smartwatch people walk on the basis of minutes or hours which can be from 30 minutes to 1 or more hour, same nowadays people have started giving importance to steps count. What are your choice, time, steps, or body's strength? Also, give your opinion that what is your advice regarding walk which will be helpful to the people.

    Nice post from the author. What I have obsessed that most of the morning walkers want to connect with their best friends and less concentration on exercise. Some indulge in more talking about yesterday happening on issues and matter there by giving less thought on exercise as suchi. There is no harm in having chat and having discussion but not at the cost of daily routine.
