    Duplicate course entry

    Hello editors,
I just browsed the course section at ISC and to my surprise, many courses are listed and described in duplicate entries. For example, B. Tech. Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are some of such courses which exist in duplicate and have two entries.

There are many duplicate entries of a course. Kindly do the needful.

Ma'am, the thread matter is still to be considered and done. I already said, there are plenty of courses, which are duplicated in the course directory. Does not this create confusion in the reader and credibility of ISC?

This is contradicting to this thread:

Hope ISC will take care of the duplicate courses before accepting new courses on the list.

    Dr. Paresh,

The Webmasters were already informed when you raised this issue. They may merge the pages of the duplicate courses in due course of time.

Note that we have stopped accepting/adding new courses for quite a while now to the database of courses. When a member wishes to add a course to the college page, they just need to select from the existing list or select 'Other Degree' or 'Other Diploma'. What you have reported were already-submitted ones in the earlier years and seemed to have been overlooked as duplicate content.
