    Who is a nationalist?

A case gets registered against a person who admires the great Prime Minister Modi. He is not even a member of the Tamil Nadu unit of the BJP, but goes on giving various inputs in the social media, and his own YouTube channel.

On the very same day, when the tragic helicopter crash happened in Conoor, in Western Tamil Nadu, killing 13 of the 14 on board, including the CDS, local people rushed to help and used all their resources. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister reached the spot within hours and shared his grief.

The You Tube activist went viral on Twitter, claiming that Tamil Nadu is rapidly becoming another Kashmir. The Tamil Nadu Government arrests him and he is produced in the court. The You Tuber has a horrible history of creating maximum trouble through his inputs.

The learned judge delivers a judgement , virtually giving the status of a nationalist to the You Tube activist. This is a very strange verdict. Only one hopes that the judges have a more charitable view on who is a nationalist and who is not. Otherwise, Indian democracy is in deep trouble.

Sivakumar, you have already raised the topic in this thread. That being so, there was no need to raise a separate thread, with almost the same wordings, to mention the decision of the Court. You should have simply posted an update as a response to the previous thread. Please note the point.
