Will we be able to save Indian Democracy?

One is told that all the results to the State assemblies will be known after ten days or so. One can only hope for the best. On the one hand, is a horrible party that openly promotes communalism and is a danger to Indian democracy itself. The leaders of this party and whatever allies they have are crooks of the tallest order.

On the other hand, is another front lead by the Indian National Congress and a few other strong parties. This front is not a communal front. The leaders may be corrupt. They may be corrupt, but so are the great leaders of the big front as well. The blatant misuse of the electoral bonds and using religion to hide their worst economic blunders, is a big threat to Indian democracy. The so-called leaders of a major political party, for example, in Karnataka, are more corrupt than any other in the entire India.

We will know where we stand within 15 days. One hopes God defeats the communal forces and their drama forever.

I am not convinced with the views of the author and the way they were presented in the Forum. It may lead to unwarrented arguments. So I am locking this thread. You may come up with another thread without hurting any political outfit or individuals..
