Pakistan ranks much happier index than India!

The recent release of happier index rates of the countries in the world India swallows a bitter pill in it because every time there is a comparison drawn between India and Pakistan in different issues or scenarios and make a hypothesis that we are better than Pakistan but this time this is not true because Pakistan has much better Happiest index rates than India.....

After reading this post my apprehensions went further as to who is surveying this kind of index, what are the parameters, does they taken the survey across the Pakistan and what was the real data. When the country has not been progressing with no one paying the tax and no development ensured. how could the citizens live happily. When the opposition in that country feels that economy has gone to hell with US sanctions due to terror links, Pakistan was half dumped. May be some vested interest on seeing the fate of Pakistan syncing further, these kind of index are raised hyping the name of Pakistan. I am sure those people living in India know how better we are placed with good weather, peaceful living, and forces having 100 percent vigil across the country whereas in Pakistan the terror happens inside their own country.

Before the T20 Worldcup cricket, India has an argument that Pakistan never beats India in World cup tournaments if Pakistan says Pakistan has more success rate when the arch-rivals (so-called because not like Ukraine and Russia) were bilateral or non-World cup tournaments.

What are the points considered for arriving at that rank is to be known? What is the methodology they have used and whom they interviewed? What is the basis for giving these points? In the absence of these details, we can't comment correctly on the issue. I feel the author might have given those details also. In the rankings Bangladesh is ahead of Pakistan and Pakistan is ahead of India. So among the three Bangladesh stands better.
There are many reasons for this decline in the rank over years. Mainly the corruption in the governance over the years made poor people poorer and rich people richer. Another point that goes against India is population. The population of the country is increasing and India is the second nation having the highest population.

There are many parameters where India and Pakistan would differ drastically like population, economy, international relations etc and any survey done for intangible items would be prone to errors and omissions. So believing the results of these surveys would be taking the data with a pinch of salt. I do not say that these data are to discarded fully but the rankings would change if we consider all the related parameters and also change the methodology adopted in the survey. It is quite possible that a country might be more happier than India but we have to see at what cost it has attained that happiness.

From where are we getting such happy index.? While talking about Pakistani how they have derived a happy index better than ours? If we guided by the prices of the essential commodities such as the prices of sugar, mustard oil, pulses, green vegetables fruits etc, they are much costlier than ours. If we closely look at the majority of people they are unemployed seeking opportunities for gainful employment. If they fail, they resort to unfair practices ultimately switching over to terrorists. Then their good ratings in terms of happy index seems to be misleading. However, Bangla Desh people are really in comfortable position in terms of happy index because of their contentment in many areas.

It seems that the more terrible is the condition, the more happy the people are. The survey has also proved that ignorance is bliss.

With these parameters and methodology, Finland became the world's best happiest index rate in the world...Is it not correct?!
