The new Cabinet in Pakistan has started functioning

The new council of Ministers in Pakistan and the members of the new Cabinet have started functioning. Shehbaz Sharif has given all of us a pleasant surprise by choosing five female ministers in the cabinet.

Now, all of us know Fawad Chaudhry, the Information Minister of Imran Khan's previous Government. He tells Hina Rabbani Khar is an incompetent minister. Fawad Chaudhry launched a sexist attack on Hina Rabbani Khar on social media after she was appointed as a junior foreign affairs minister in the Shehbaz Sharif cabinet. Chaudhry was holding the important portfolio of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry in the Imran Khan government that fell after losing a no-confidence motion earlier this month.

Sharing an old interview of Hina Rabbani Khar, Fawad Hussain described her as a "low IQ" woman whose only claim to fame is "Berkin bags and fancy eyeshades." He stated, "When you appoint a low IQ woman whose only claim to fame is her Berkin bags and expensive eye shades such blunders become a norm, hope to get rid of this lot sooner than later,"

I sincerely hope that morning shows the day. Let us wait and see when Hina Rabbani replies to Fawad Chawdhury as quickly as possible inside the Parliament.

The author has shared the hilarious count on the new Pakistan cabinet and it is the matter of great interest for India as to how the new govt with good changes would function against our interest. But when the taxes are not paid, when the country is wholly depending on other countries for finance, when the defence budget is shrinking, when the terrorists have the say of their own world in that country, when there is no security for the common man and minorities to live, when there is no joy for the new cabinet to cherish the position as the gestation period is less, all this only indicate the fact that Pakistan is very poor in all counts and they cannot take new decisions which may not be agreed at all and therefore I see a padding cabinet, which exists on paper to fulfil the governing needs and nothing more than that for sure.

There is a change of leadership in our neighboring country Pakistan. Let us welcome it and hope it will govern in a sensible way to solve their problems and maintain good relations with the neighboring countries. Good relations with neighbors help in maintaining peace and improving trade between the countries. One should always wish for a friendly neighbor and not try to make fun. We already have a lot of fun in our country with religious leaders becoming aggressive and stating that they do not respect the law. Let us mend our ways and have cordial relations with neighboring countries as far as possible.

What I have a fear that the way Imran Khan was praising PM Modi and India stance for at least three times before demitting the office, will he be seeking asylum as he has the friend in Sidhu and may be asking to settle in Punjab.

It is always better to have a friendly neighbour. But unfortunately, whatever way we behave our neighbours will never be friendly to us. The change of their government and new ministers is an internal matter and we need not worry. But what we should think about is how this government is going to deal with our country. But as far as my knowledge goes, the new government is also going to adopt the same path that was adopted by the earlier government. So they will never become friends with us.
The condition that is prevailing in that country is pathetic and the attitude they show towards the minority communities there is very bad. They are not able to survive there. The new government should at least change its attitude towards these minorities and should see that they will also live there peacefully.

There is a change of guards in our neighbourhood in Pakistan and we have to wait and observe the developments there. The attitude of the new regime towards India would decide the future relations between the two countries. The ministers appointed in the new regime are prerogative of the present Govt there and it is good that more women are given a place in the parliament there. Let us hope that the new regime would be friendly with India and would open the trade and other activities for mutual benefits.

We are sincerely interested to have a congenial relationship with our neighbouring countries including Pakistan but unfortunately this could not be achieved so far. Now the new regime is functioning and we have to see how far they would like to have a fair relationship so that peace between the two countries exist. Blaming their own ministers with indecent remarks indicate that they lack decency within their cabinet. This could have been sorted out with the amicable ways to show others that the newly formed government follows decent decorum. Let us hope that their administration will behave in the civilised manner working towards the betterment of their own people.
