That is the nature of some people. They will be always under tremendous tension and anxiety. They are never happy and they will be always thinking negative only. When we are going o write an examination, we should go with a lot of confidence. Then definitely, we will fare the examination much better than what we have expected. At the same time we should not go to the examination with a negative mind. When we have negativity in our minds, we will not deliver 100% and we may not give our best.
Anxiety and tension will kill our ability. We should not think too much and we should not be imaginative. We should always know our correct capacity. We should know our strengths and weaknesses. Then we will never be anxious. We will take both success and failure in a similar way. A cool and calm mind will always think better than a mind under stress and anxiety.

Response to winning or losing situations varies from individual to individual. Some people have apprehensions regarding so many things and they will always be worried about the outcome to be declared in their favour or not in their favour. We all know that by worrying about the things the result is not going to be changed but because we are having that habit of worrying, we always have that problem of thinking beyond our reach.
A prudent person will never worry about the results and simply concentrate his energies in the work and would be happy if result is favourable and review the whole thing if it is negative.

    Knowledge is power.
