A wide new horizon as a dancer

While packing the goods was in full swing, Rimpi's father asked her to get ready because they needed to go to her school to complete the official procedures to get a school leaving and a transfer certificate. Rimpi was upset but was trying to come to terms. She felt happy about going to school for one last time, which became an opportunity to meet her classmates and teachers.

Rimpi went to her class first and met her class teacher and all her friends. She told them the reason for her leaving the school so suddenly. They were happy to meet Rimpi but sad too. Her father went to the school Headmistress and informed her of the unanticipated development. The Headmistress extended her full support and made every important document available at the earliest. When Rimpi's father was about to leave the Headmistress' room, Rimpi asked permission to enter the room. The moment she wished the Headmistress, the lady hugged her and told her father that he was taking away her school's best dancer. She added that every dance programme would remain incomplete without Rimpi's performance. The father felt helpless but had nothing in his control. Rimpi and her father stepped out of the Headmistress' office while Ms Sumitra Sharma was in a hurry to enter the room when she stopped hurriedly and embraced Rimpi tightly. She was Rimpi's dance teacher, and the teacher and the student had a mutual admiration for each other.

Although both were upset, the dance teacher gave a sheet of paper to Rimpi's father. She explained that her elder sister was the Headmistress of a reputed English medium school in Cuttack and an excellent dance instructor. She had already informed her sister about Rimpi, so they must go and meet her, and the admission procedure won't be a heckle. In mid-session, admission becomes tough, so an opportunity they should not miss.

Thanking each other, Rimpi and her father returned home, and they flew off to Cuttack at midnight. The next day in the afternoon, Rimpi and her parents went to the recommended school, they loved the environment, and the Headmistress' cordial behaviour touched them. Rimpi got admission and joined the school from next day with a desire to excel in her dance performance in the new school. Every teacher present during her dance test appreciated her performance which gave her confidence. It seems the Call of Duty of Rimpi's father opened a new horizon for Rimpi to prove her mettle as a dancer.

My submission for the sequel of my story:
    Follow the Call of Duty

Excellent! The story ends with the opening of new horizon for Rimpi in a city like Cuttack. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I have noted that co-incidence plays a big role in many stories. Ms. Sumitra Sharma (here) and earlier Partha-uncle were happy coincidences and they completely changed the flow of the story.

Good story. Even though she has to change her place and school, luckily she got a good teacher and school in the new place of posting of his father. She can continue her dancing activity and definitely it may be a good horizon for her.Sometimes when there is a change in place of residence we will have to change some of our activities due to non availability of facilities in the new place. But luckily to Rimpi, Cuttack is a good place and she got a good facility in the new place also. As a dnacer she can progress well while continuing her studies.

When the new horizon opens in the life, that would be the best phase of happening for any one and the author has created a place in niching this story to another sequel and the story specifies a great factor that if the luck is there, the person would get benefited wherever they go. And continuing with dance is the great trait for those who cannot discontinue the same for one reason for the other. And as a dancer the twin objective of the character has been fulfilled that she would continue her studies and yet have continuation of dancing too.

A nice and logical sequel to the part 1 of the story and though there was a change of place and teething problems associated with that but the family could settle in the new place and the girl could pursue her passion of dancing in a smooth way. The moral of story is very subtle but clear that in our lives if circumstances change we have to face them with patience and courage and keep ourselves focussed in our efforts of attaining good performance in our work. The real worth of a person is tested when he is able to cope up with the changed situations.
    Knowledge is power.
