Veteran actor and former union minister Krishnam Raju is no more
A great actor of yesteryears in Tollywood Uppalapati Krishnam Raju died on Sunday in a private hospital in Hyderabad while getting treated for his post covid ailments. He got admitted to the hospital on August 15th for treatment and had lost breath in the hospital itself. He was 83 years old and survived by his wife and three unmarried daughters. He is the uncle of the present-day star and hero of the Bahubali movie. Prabhas.Very well known as a 'Rebel star', he acted in around 180 movies and gave tough competition to other two great actors of Tollywood those days namely Krishna and Sobhan Babu. He was a member of Parliament two times and served as the Union Minister of state in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. He is a noncontroversial member in both fields in which he excelled.
It is a great loss to Tollywood and I offer my condolences to his family.
