    Congratulations to Indian women cricket team

    Indian women's cricket team won the Asia cup 2022. They defeated Sri Lanka in the final today. The match was almost one-sided only. India restricted the other team to score only 65 runs by losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. India made the required runs just in 8.3 overs by losing just 2 wickets. The credit should go to the bowlers who bowled very well and restricted the team to a very low score and made things easy for our batters. The Indian fielding was excellent and they have not lost any chance. Smriti Mandhana scored fifty runs. The player of the series award was given to Deepti Sharma. The player of the match was given to Renuka Singh.

    Indian players displayed their excellent skills in this tournament and established their supremacy over almost all the other teams. My heartiest congratulations to the team and hope all the other members will also join me in congratulating the team.

    It was indeed a happy moment when the women won the Asia Cup. The Men in Blue had not progressed to the finals of their Asia Cup competition, and the women dominating in the finals was really thrilling. I had frankly expected some excitement, with Sri Lanka defeating Pakistan on the last ball in the semi-finals, and was sort of disappointed that it was so easy since we are used to nail-biting entertainment from our national teams!

    Full credit to an all-around show and excellent teamwork. Bring home the 2023 World Cup also, ladies!

    My heartiest congratulations to Indian women team for winning this cricket match. It seems that India won easily but behind that there is a lot of practice and exercises that these ladies must had done to maintain and showcase this type of supremacy in this particular match. I hope that Indian women team will make a niche place for itself in the world women cricket arena. This is also very clear that if we provide a level playing field in sports to our women participents then they can give good results not only in cricket but in many other sports and games.

It was a credible win against Sri Lanka and we are all proud that the entire team stood together through all the matches and finally have brought home the prestigious Asia Cup.
