Request to remove restricted access in the job section

    Respected Editor/ Webmaster,

While posting job posts today, suddenly I got restricted access stating that 5 or more of my posts in the last 5 days were rejected. I have checked the deleted job posts, but none of my job posts were rejected in the last five days. I request you to restore my posting rights in the job section.

Ramya, the section editors have been informed about the issue and they will address it. Till then, you may post in other sections where you feel comfortable.

    Ramya,

The restriction automatically came in due to the posting of duplicate jobs. You have submitted many jobs that were already submitted by other members and were deleted in the past couple of days. Hence, now you have to wait till the restriction period is over which would likely be after 5 days.

    Ramya,

That is correct, but I do not know why they are not showing in the list of deleted posts. However, after a forum thread was raised, and another member also reported further duplicate job submissions through a message to the editors, all those duplicates were deleted.

Normally, I will check daily deleted posts whether any of my posts have been deleted or not. So I will be cautious about not getting restricted. As they were not shown in the deleted list, I don't know which were deleted. I also check through search whether the jobs were posted already or not. If I don't found I will post them. But how this happened I do not understand.

    Ramya,

You should not rely wholly on the deleted list. Also, the fact that they were duplicate submissions indicates that the search was not thorough. I generally do three checks to find out if a job has already been posted - check the search box, check under the Tab of new posts, and check under the list of new submissions in the jobs section. When using the search box, I also put the name of the organization and put different words like jobs or recruitment, or vacancies.
