First Christmas for the newly married couple

Christmas is fast approaching and a lot of activity is seen in that village. There is an ancient church in that village. People from other villages nearby will also come there on Christmas and celebrate Christmas there.

Lucy is very busy making her house ready for the festival. She has to attend to her duty in the factory and after coming back only she has to attend to all domestic work. Her husband Vincent also works in the same factory and they got married very recently. Vincent is very helpful to his wife in domestic work. They both decided to buy clothes for their parents and parents-in-law and present them on the occasion of Christmas. Both those families live in a nearby village and come to this village for Christmas. They also planned a get-together for their close friends.

As the coming Christmas is the first festival after their marriage both of them decided to give a beautiful gift to their partner. But none of the two revealed his/her plan to the other. All the arrangements are completed and the day arrived. As planned, they presented clothes to their elders and all visited the church and offered their prayers. All the invitees came for the get-together in the evening. The Christmas cake was cut and everybody is happy and enjoying the festive atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Lucy brought a small gift pack and presented the same to Vincent. All his friends asked him to open the same. A beautiful gold ring is there in the pack and it is very attractive. After seeing this. Lucy's friends started asking Vincent about the gift from him to his wife. Vincent just smiled and took out a gift pack and presented the same to Lucy. She opened the pack and was very happy to see the pendant having a dazzling diamond in the middle of it. She got very much impressed with the pendant. Both of them were delighted with the affection and the love shown by the other and that Christmas will be a never-forgettable Christmas for them in their lives.

Though we celebrate any festivals in parents' house it is somewhat special if celebrate with husband to a wife. Similarly it is great pleasure to one to celebrate with newly wedded wife after marriage.
Onetime we have shifted to a new house on rent. As the new house is in upstairs and other two houses are vacant we have enough space to use. After occupation, Karthigai deepam was the first festival to celebrate. My wife intended to lit lamps on every steps of the house. She told me to buy extra cup candle lamps. I bought many lamps and she lit lamps in all 19 stairs and was appreciated by everybody as it found beautiful.

For the newly married couple's, it provides them great pleasure if they get invitations of their closed relatives in some festivals. It becomes more pleasurable if either of their parents have invited the couples to be present to celebrate the festivals. Wife remains bussy with thge preparation of new dishes for the entire family and the husband is busy in the marketing activities so as to present their parents unique presentations to get their love and blessings. The couples might not have got such a pleasure without the company of their guardians. Sometimes such a get together proves lifetime reminisce for the couples.
