The one feeling that keeps many philosophy and value-based in life
"Ethai kondu vanthom kondu chella" is a very famous phrase from a fabulous song of a Rajnikant movie. This simply means that we came empty to this world and when we are gone we don't take anything with us either. Hundreds of relatives elder to me, both friends and relatives would often cite this phrase to keep any conversation on price increase, or commercialized relationships and so on. Well, we do come across some events that are best forgotten, but we often do get very angry.Perhaps to get over such situations, the elders keep on saying that phrase. And then it dawns on us that yes, we need to move on and always be value-based. Like giving details of all bank credits without fail, including details of credit with all dates, source of income and so on and also crediting cash, I'd we get something as gift or payment, in cash.
The professional auditors are also mighty pleased when we declare everything. The refund comes in a flash. And then the happiness that we have played the rules of the game.
This is just one example. I recently saw the lovely movie "Goodbye" in Hindi. A couple of days later, it was all fun and happiness in a family where everyone plays by the rules. It was a family get together that had at least thirty people and a few close friends.
Yes. It does pay to become a bit philosophical. For, the real joys do nor come only through money.
