The one feeling that keeps many philosophy and value-based in life

"Ethai kondu vanthom kondu chella" is a very famous phrase from a fabulous song of a Rajnikant movie. This simply means that we came empty to this world and when we are gone we don't take anything with us either. Hundreds of relatives elder to me, both friends and relatives would often cite this phrase to keep any conversation on price increase, or commercialized relationships and so on. Well, we do come across some events that are best forgotten, but we often do get very angry.

Perhaps to get over such situations, the elders keep on saying that phrase. And then it dawns on us that yes, we need to move on and always be value-based. Like giving details of all bank credits without fail, including details of credit with all dates, source of income and so on and also crediting cash, I'd we get something as gift or payment, in cash.

The professional auditors are also mighty pleased when we declare everything. The refund comes in a flash. And then the happiness that we have played the rules of the game.

This is just one example. I recently saw the lovely movie "Goodbye" in Hindi. A couple of days later, it was all fun and happiness in a family where everyone plays by the rules. It was a family get together that had at least thirty people and a few close friends.

Yes. It does pay to become a bit philosophical. For, the real joys do nor come only through money.

There is a good message in this post by the author that we should follow the rules and then be happy. By not disclosing the income and by hiding the tax payment some people may feel that they are smart enough to cheat the government agencies like that but the fear of getting caught will always be hanging on their head like a Damocles Sword.
A poor person doesn't give tax, it is only the rich and affluent who are supposed to give taxes so that government can use that money for the overall welfare of the society.
We are gradually moving towards a completely digital regime and after sometime it will not be possible for people to hide their money in anyway. So it is better to start disclosing everything and behave like a good citizen otherwise in the coming times the chances of getting caught will be very very high and no one will be able to escape the clutchers of that digital regime.

    Knowledge is power.

This is a very interesting topic raised by the author advising us to follow the simple rules as framed by the government and obeying such simple rules would provide us tension free life. Basically by observing the rules would make us more happy. Laughing half heartedly with the association of kids and constantly thinking of our crimes can take us far away from pleasure. In practical sense, we would not have pleasure any more with the association of my grandson inviting me to play with him but my mind is constantly working out means to get rid of the liabilities of my unpaid tax. In that way, nobody is my enemy but I am enemy of myself. With the observance of simple rules, life could be made more enjoyable.
