    2022 Star of ISC Award Winners

    A wonderful way to begin the New Year at ISC is with a rewarding experience! So let us appreciate and cheer a couple of members for their contributions in 2022. Of course, it is a little tough to select from multiple deserving members, but that's what rewards are about - zeroing in on the best of the best - and by no means diminishes the value that others have added to the development of this site.

    Put your hands together to applaud the 2022 Stars of ISC-

    1. Saji Ganesh who has been a strong pillar in the forum as well as on the editorial team. He keeps everyone on their toes (including the admin!), at the same time playing the role of an excellent guide to all. He has organized great Group Discussions, and come up with amazing topics for our month-end topic-based TOW, and a few other reward programs. What's more, he has taken up the major responsibility of ensuring the prizes and awards are credited to the winners promptly. This year, we would love to see his writing skills, too, coming to the fore.

    2. AB Sivakumar has penned articles at a furious pace, combining his own personal expertise and interactions with others to come up with interesting content. Let's not forget his strong presence in the forum and although admittedly he may repeat a topic or goes overboard in expressing his opinions, nevertheless he does incite discussions (a few heated debates, too!) that keep the forum vibrant. It would be great to see his contributions in other sections like the AE where he can share his expertise by answering queries about careers and contributing to schools, colleges, etc as well.

    Congratulations to both the winners of 2022 star of ISC awards. Both of them are unique in their own ways. Their contributions are worth and no one else can be before them in the race of ISC star awards for the year 2022. I appreciate them for their winning performance and my appreciation to the jury for their apt selection. I wish and hope that these two will continue their good work and win the same award for the year 2023 also.

    I accept this pleasant New Year gift with humility. I am, no doubt, excited but I think it is also a reminder to me to continue or rather, better my contributions, in different roles, on this site. With a promise that I will try more often to enrich the pages of ISC, I thank the jury for selecting me for this prestigious award. I also thank all those who have greeted me on this occasion. Thank you Vandana ma'am for those lovely words about me. I am humbled.

    Many congratulations to Sivakumar for the award and I hope he will maintain the same zeal and spirit in 2023 also.

    I was travelling and did not notice anything till I saw Vandana Madam's message sent as a gift to my email. I opened it and then got to know about the award.

    Thanks a million to ISC for the award. I will try my best to not repeat some threads. I just rely on my memory. Often times, I just do not have the patience. At least this year, I should learn to be more patient.

    And I need to check on my previous articles. I have published on so many topics but never ever keep a tab. Now, this haunts me. Sometimes, the editor observes that a previous article had a message on the subject.

    And regarding AE, I wish to be highly ethical. I just do not want to guide anyone on any subject that I do not know anything about, particularly on any matter related to IT. Am a big zero on this. My present interest is Sociology, after acquiring a Master's Degree at the age of 61, through distance education.

    Thanks a lot to every member who has wished me. And special thanks to Vandana Madam.

    Hearty congratulations to Saji Ganesh and A B Sivakumar for this most coveted award which is given by ISC every year.
    Saji is undoubtedly a pillar in the editorial hierarchy and we have seen him interacting and correcting members on various issues raised especially in the forum section. He truly deserves this award. He talks based on strong data in the background and I am sure he will keep his deep involvement in various activities in ISC in the coming times also.
    A B Sivakumar is contributing very good quality management articles in this portal and his latest articles are more towards the education sector matching with the ISC core activity. He has a good presence in the forum section also. He also truly deserves this award and I wish him more such accolades in this educational portal in the coming times.

    Hearty congratulations to both Saji Ganesh and A B Shivkumar having received the most coveted award star of the year 2022.
    As far as role of Saji is concerned, he takes more interest in guiding and correcting the members where he finds scopes for such corrections. We have seen his sincere roles especially in the forum section where he comes frequently with some apt suggestions to correct the members supported with the realistic figures and datas matching the sequence.
    AB Shivkumar is known for writing varied topics related to management, current events of the countries and other informative articles to keep the channel moving forward. His write ups are lucid and informative.
    Considering their unique roles in strengthening the status of this channel, the rewards offered to them are truly justified.

    I sincerely congratulate Saji Ganesh and AB Sivakumar for winning the 2022 Star of ISC Awards.

    The narration given about then in the announcement is true and both really deserve the recognition.
    I could see Saji joining and then gradually blossoming to a well experienced editor and moving up to be Lead Editor. I had enjoyed his presentation of analytic views in many group discussions even when I may be standing for the opposite view. I wish he gets more laurels and labels in this new year,
    About AB Sivakumar, frankly I have many times surprised and envied at his ability to post numerous articles at a fast pace.
    Let us hope to get more from them.

Your contributions in keeping ISC active and engaging during the challenging times were invaluable and just an award is not going to compensate for your efforts and contributions. But that's the least we can do for you.

    A big congratulations to both Saji Ganesh and AB Sivakumar for the coveted Star of ISC awards won by them. Both of them have been jewels for ISC. Saji has been an editor, mentor, guide and contributor, all combined into one, and at the same time can hardly fail to acknowledge AB Sivakumar's phenomenal prowess in coming up with well-researched articles. I am sure, with their active participation, both of them will continue to keep the ISC flag flying high in the current year too and will be an inspiration for all of us.
