A strong intention and hard work is required for converting an idea into practice
Many people have ideas for doing certain things in a better way or newer way. They sometimes share it with others also. And that is the end of it. So simply having an idea is of no value unless efforts to convert it into real-life situations are done by the person. To convert a new idea into practice one has to do a lot of effort because money, manpower, and time are required to validate the idea and then release it for personal or commercial use. There is a long route between theory and practicals. One must have a strong desire and intention behind checking and perfecting an idea. Then only a fruitful result will emerge.
