A strong intention and hard work is required for converting an idea into practice

Many people have ideas for doing certain things in a better way or newer way. They sometimes share it with others also. And that is the end of it. So simply having an idea is of no value unless efforts to convert it into real-life situations are done by the person.
To convert a new idea into practice one has to do a lot of effort because money, manpower, and time are required to validate the idea and then release it for personal or commercial use. There is a long route between theory and practicals. One must have a strong desire and intention behind checking and perfecting an idea. Then only a fruitful result will emerge.

A hard and focused approach is always a necessity for any person to be successful in their life. Just giving ideas or showing inclination will not give any result. We have to convert our idea into a reality and that requires a lot of commitment and concentration.
There may be many people around us telling us many things and giving us advice. But when they have to work, they will take a back step. Such an approach is of no use. One should make a plan of action and the road map should contain all the details so that we will not be off-road during the progress. Keeping the target dates and reviewing the progress so that we will not slip the target date. Reviews should be periodical and should focus on the way forward,

The author is right. An strong intention and involvement leads one automatically into hard work as he or she wants to attain the goal of that work. This will be applicable in any type of work. Moreover, ideas are not born from everybody but a single person's idea is getting converted into practice by collective effort, involvement, intention and hard work.

Converting an idea into reality needs correct planning and suited execution. Many hurdles may be blocking the way. But a strong will can overcome all these. The old story of a hare and a tortoise is there, which teach us how to be successful in life.
