Why is China allowing international travels now?

Last time, when the Covid-19 virus was spreading in China, it put restrictions on domestic travel and allowed international travel so that the virus can spread throughout the world. China, during these 3 years, tried to control Covid-19 but failed in doing so. It did not loosen travel restrictions even after vaccinating its population for more than one year. But now, sensing a revolution from the inside, it loosened its travel restrictions and now Covid-19 is spreading like wildfire in China. Now, in order to save the face, the Chinese government is under-reporting the Covid-19 cases and deaths. It is not letting its people as well as other nations know the real picture inside.

When Covid -19 restrictions were lifted throughout the world, China did not allow international travel. But when China is not in a position to control Covid-19 within its territory, it is allowing its citizens to travel abroad. Isn't it a mal-intention of China to again spread new Coronavirus variants to the world now? What kind of a country it is? Isn't the development of China, a threat to the human race?

I agree with the author. The intentions of China are very clear. They don't want the world to know about the seriousness of the condition in their country. That is why they are underplaying the situation in their country. They are not forcing any restrictions on foreign travel and the restrictions that are being enforced on their Citizens are not given much publicity.
Many companies in China are not giving invitation letters to foreigners to visit their country. Actually, there was a plan for me with another person to visit that country but we dropped the idea as the situation is not good there. At the same time, the company which we have to visit also informed us that it is not advisable to visit there.
Having come to know about the situation there many people may not venture going there and many countries are not giving Visas to China citizens as the virus is severe there.

China is going through a difficult situation and under the pressure of its citizens it has now eased the restrictions that it had imposed earlier on them.
We do not know exactly which are the present variants of the virus affecting so many people in China but once China eases the restrictions it is obvious that the virus will reach other places.
The interesting thing in this regard is that the herd immunity of the people in different countries is different based on the climate, population, vaccination done, and genetic factors and it is not necessary that a variant that is creating havoc in China will create same level of havoc in other countries. Still the threat cannot be underestimated and each country should take decision based on its status as regards to this deadly virus. China is allowing foreign travel does not mean that we should visit there. So curb in travel to China would definitely help.
