Hyderabad tops in real estate growth

Recent figures published in an English Business magazine have pointed to the stupendous growth of real estate in Hyderabad. The cost of real estate is expected to grow the highest in 2023. There does seem to be chemistry operating in that lovely city.

Hyderabad is the most livable city, as per many surveys. Those who have migrated there do not want to come back at all. One is told that the development is now exceeding forty kilometers on all sides. And every single human being has uniformly said that the people of Hyderabad are so kind and considerate people.

It does seem that Hyderabad is poised for fast growth now.

One advantage for Hyderabad is all four sides are land only not sea or ocean. So it can expand in all four directions. The lands around Hyderabad for a radius of 40 Km are in demand now. Slowly it is crossing 40 and reaching 50 Kms. House rents are cheap when compared to other cities. But land rates are very high. Recently a piece of land that was purchased for 20 lakhs five years back was sold out for a crore of rupees.
But the costs of apartments are cheap when compared to Bangalore. In some of the areas in Hyderabad, one can get a 2 BHK apartment for Rs.50/- lakhs. But in Bangalore, the same may be costing almost a crore of rupees. Real estate business people are making merry as they are making a lot of money.
But a word of caution, there are many illegal transactions also and we hear many cased of double registration. So one should be careful before finalising a particular purchase. Never believe any person even a known person blindly in this aspect.

After the Corona episode, real estate is again coming back into the limelight and in many cities especially in big cities the real estate business is booming. Big cities are having great potential for real estate growth because all the employed persons there are either having a house or dream of buying one. Bank loans are also available and people are going to get a flat for themselves in the city at any cost. We had seen this trend in Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Chennai and now Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other big cities are following suit. The more a city grows more jobs it offers to unemployed people. Only thing is that the jobs will not be of high quality and the salaries will be only in the range of Rs 10000 to 20000 per month. Lower financial strata people from various states come to these big cities for small jobs and live in shared accommodation and in self cooking mode and save and send money back home. So city gets workers at nominal costs and city economy flourishes. Jaipur, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Ranchi, Ujjain, Kozhikode, Madurai, and many other cities are moving in this direction.
    Knowledge is power.
