Water consumption will vary in our daily routine according to individual

Drinking water is normal in some days back and there were no opinions or comments as everything went on well. Nowadays there are many comments and opinions are coming in the media about the time, quantity of drinking water variedly. But nobody understands that the drinking water will vary from person to person according to their body structure and condition.
It was told to consume five liters of water daily but is not good for diabetic persons with creatinine level vary with normal.
Drinking water is sufficient quantities can help improve many aspects of our health. From blood pressure regulation, weight management, better energy levels, digestion to skin and hair health, water plays an integral part in our overall well-being. In Ayurveda, water is considered enlivening (jeevana), satiating (tarpana), and gives joy (hladi), like amruta (amrutopama). Apart from how much water we should drink, Ayurveda also has recommendations, on the right temperature of the water depending upon our current requirement.
It is advised by our doctor to consume warm water always whether a patient or not for a good health condition. So the advice from doctor is necessary in such persons.

I totally agree with the author. Drink water when you feel you should have it and if you are thirsty. Don't suppress your thrust or don't drink too much water without having the necessity. The necessity of water varies from person to person. Many people say one should consume 4 or 5 litres of water. But unnecessarily if we fill our stomachs with water, we can't take sufficient food and may not have the required energy. So we should take as and when required. The temperature of the water should be room temperature or a little higher than the room temperature. Many people take cold water. But cold water is not good for our teeth as well as the body also. We can boil the water and then allow it to cool down and once the temperature comes to a little more than room temperature we can drink that. We should not change water sources frequently. We should use consistently from the same source so that our body will get adjusted to that water. Frequent changes in the quality of water we use may cause cough and cold etc.

Drinking water requirement varies from individual to individual. It depends on the body structure and health conditions of a person. In general for a healthy person 4 to 5 liters of water every day is required. It is not only mentioned in our Ayurvedic system but also told by the doctor. Water is a great solvent and it cleans our body and excretes all the toxic elements which have accumulated there during the day and night as an outcome of many body functions. It is also mentioned in our Ayurvedic system that one should take warm water and avoid cold water. The reason is that our guts are having high temperatures and it makes sense to use the same water so that it coalesces well in the guts. It is said that cold water will simply antagonize the heat in the guts which is harmful to our health.
Cold drinks, iced water, and refrigerated fluids should be avoided.

    Knowledge is power.
