Happy 74th Republic Day to all

We are celebrating the 74th Republic Day today and on this occasion, I wish everyone a very Happy Republic day. The constitution of independent India came into effect on 26th January 1950, and it's a celebration to uphold the ethos of our constitution. A diverse country like India has many differences among different sections of people but we amazingly remain united because the constitution guarantees equality to all irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. The constitution binds us and it is the duty of every individual to respect the constitution. Let there be differences which is absolutely natural and let there be debates also, under the constitutional framework, to sort out the differences. The constitution is supreme and above all in the country and on this occasion let's pledge to make our country progressive in all aspects by safeguarding the constitution.

I also wish Happy Republic Day to every member of the ISC family. This day is very important for every citizen of this country because on this day our constitution was incorporated.
India is a great republic and there are very few countries in the world that can have such a powerful democratic structure. We have a variety of cultures, religions, communities, and different geographical locations where people live and are having different habits. How a country of that much variety can stay together and become a powerful force in the world is the example that India is putting forth in front of the world today.

    Knowledge is power.

I wish a happy republic day to all the members of ISC. I also wish a happy republic day to all Indians. I hope and wish India will have a bright year ahead with development in all fields and will get into a superpower position in the world. Unfortunately, the ethics and values of politicians are diminishing from time to time. In earlier days politics was treated as a service to the nation and they never thought of making money. Of late we are observing that all politicians are thinking about money making only. I wish there will be a change in their attitude also and we will see value-based politics in the coming year.
Our elder generations sacrificed their lives and comforts and actively participated in the freedom fight. Now it is our responsibility to see that independent India will retain its identity as a secular country and see that all the citizens will have equal opportunities in their lives. Jai Bharat. Jai Hind.

Wishing everyone a Happy Republic Day. This 26th January was a special one at least for the Bengalis. Apart from the Republic Day celebrations they also got to celebrate Saraswati Puja today. As such, our residential society celebrated both events with much fun and gaiety.
    Patience and perseverance pays

Conveying my belated greetings to all! Let peace and harmony prevail among different communities.

I quite enjoyed the day, not only in taking photos of the parade, but also enjoyed the general holiday by taking a total break from online work as well, dining out, and watching a movie on OTT in the evening.
