Who are the intelligent people

We come across different people in our lives. After interacting with people, we will get to know the person a little better. As we go on interact with the same person again and again, we will make an impression on that person. We may feel the other person is intelligent or not. What are the qualities in a person we look for to consider him intelligent? There are many traits and behavioural characteristics that are being posse by an intelligent person.

An intelligent person will never take decisions emotionally. They treat other people in the way they wanted to be treated by other people. Emotionally they will be stable. They are able to understand the challenges that are coming their way and never hesitate to accept and overcome inevitable challenges. They respect other people's time.

Like this, we can list many traits that will be possessed by n intelligent person. Learned members can add other traits of intelligent persons based on their practical experience.

Some people are very intelligent, while some are average, and some are below that. People generally fall under these three broad categories and have distinctive characteristics.
Let us focus on the very intelligent people. One of the main things about them is that these people have immense power of thinking, observing things, and analyzing data. It is not necessary that these people will be highly qualified and will be having a lot of knowledge of the various subjects. If they have it then it would be an added advantage. They will never be in controversy and whenever they fall under one then they will have public sympathy with them. It is generally seen that such people excel in any field where ever they make a career. If they do work in a research area then they find new things, if they work in management they create new organizational ethics, if they enter into a business they think of newer ways to bring in more customers for their products.
Such people use common sense more than their knowledge. They also have got an immense degree of patience and tolerance of all sorts. Even if they are angry or hurt no one will be able to observe that.
Those are some of the qualities or characteristics that come to my mind about very intelligent people.

It seems ironical that while we are already in an era of Artificial Intelligence and are vehemently discussing the impacts of it, we have to ask what is intelligence!
Practically speaking, intelligence is a combination of various capabilities. Of which we understand only a few features that are identifiable by us and comparable by us. Even animals have the intelligence, for which they do not have any training or guidance. But we can se that if trained they also perform certain tasks humans do. Moreover animals are known to know many impending natural changes and disasters, which we humans still could not understand fully. Animals and lower insects also save and store food for adverse season, without any appliances. I have many times wondered about the 'wireless, language less' communication between small insects like ants to communicate about finding of food or to avoid dangers and impediments on their way So can we say that we are more intelligent than animals? I think no.

I think if we talk about natural intelligence every living thing is having the intelligence it needs to carry on its daily life.
Probably humans have developed extra intelligence for destroying nature and other species thinking that is needed for human comfort and survival. Human intelligence has brought more negativity like wars than positivity.
