As I welcome you to this educational portal, I suggest you read and understand all the points and links given in the comprehensive guide to new members. It is always better to know and understand a site and its requirements before becoming active in that site and the same is applicable to ISC too.
We always encourage new members but I suggest you start contributing to the forum section as a beginner and you can spread your wings to other sections once you get acquainted with the requirements and guidelines of this site. Please feel free to raise a forum thread if you have any genuine doubts about the functioning of ISC. We all will only be glad to help you out. All the best!

Sivasankari, let me frankly tell you that your article does not, at the outset, appear to be completely self-written. Your mention about checking the content for plagiarism, when no such point was conveyed by the editors, is, I feel, a point worth noting. I will, however, forward your concern to the section editors seeking their clarification. Please wait for a response.
By the by, hope you have read my response above too.

Sivasankari,
Editors have their own methods to review doubtful content as per the guidance given by the admin. Frankly, the article does not seem to be written by you at all, with the doubt arising right away when comparing English in the text of this thread and near-impeccable English in the article. When you write, for example, "My explain me why my article is rejected." and "I have did plagiarism checks and then only posted the article." right away the doubt arises because of (a) incorrect grammar, and (b) the fact that you used plagiarism tools for a self-check. Why would you do so in the first place if you are going to submit original content?
I have checked the article and do not consider it to be written by you. Kindly do not submit articles generated with the help of a software or other means. Also, if you are going to write something for the Syllabus category, it is advisable to mention at the outset for what Class syllabus at the school/college/university level will the article be useful.
As suggested by the Lead Editor, it would be a good idea to start with forum participation and also go through all the guidelines and policies of the site before venturing into submitting articles.
Let us know if you require further guidance in contributing to ISC.
