Another contest suggestion
After a forced leave of eight days and immediately thereafter a long tour to a border-state for nine days (where internet connection is extremely poor), today morning I opened ISC in my laptop and found this Forum post by the Managing Editor: "February 2023 Schedule of Contests".From that post, I have come to know that there is only one contest by the management during the entire month.
I humbly propose another contest, subject to the approval of the ISC management.
The participating members will write a 200 words (two-hundred words) write-up on a lesser-known event of their favourite idol (the idol may be a movie star, sport star, academician, politician, freedom-fighter, social reformer, anything). The other participants will have to identify the person from the write-up.
The winner will be decided based on the quality of the write-up and the correct identification (from the events described by other participants) by the Editors.
The time-span of the contest may be of 15 days.
I hope the Editors and the members will consider this contest proposal.
