Non receipt of payment from Google Adsense

I received an email from Google Adsense to claim the amount of $ 85 lying on my credit for more than a decade. I was advised to close the account as part of the procedure. I received confirmation from them stating that payment will be made soon. But I have not yet received the amount as yet.

Can anyone please advise me of the exact contact person's email id so that I can follow up on the matter?

You mentioned that you earned $85 from Google Adsense a decade ago and you are yet to receive the payment. Can you specify when you last received an email from Adsense about the procedure to receive the payment and which account you are supposed to close as per their intimation? The account closure part is not very clear.

If the intimation from Adsense is recent you can respond to that mail stating you have not received the payment and may ask them for any timeline or exact procedure to receive the payment. If you can provide us with a screenshot of the message masking the personal details then it may help us to understand it in a better way. Henceforth, please do not share your contact number, which I have deleted from this post, or any personal details in any post unless asked for some specific purpose by the Admin. It is advised not to share such things on an open platform to prevent misuse.

Please share more details with clarity about the issue so that it can be addressed.

Before making any payment especially first time, Google will first confirm your address by sending you a code which you will be receiving in your house address through a physical mail. Then you have to enter that code in the email that Google AdSense had sent to you in that regard. Once your address is confirmed then Google AdSense will credit the amount directly to your bank account whatever you have given to them through your earlier communications.
Google AdSense is having a very precise and elaborate procedure for payment and one has to follow that.
There is no direct mail or phone number through which you can talk to them but they have some offices in India like one in Mumbai and maybe you can try to get the phone number of those places through internet by searching in sites like Google Map.

When did you receive the email. Are you able to open your Adsense page. If you can open that, there is a help column on the top of the page. If you click on that a new page will open up and contact details and other details will come. You can try through that contact details given there.
You will get all answers for your doubts there. You can ask questions there. Try that way.
