We should adopt ourselves to the needs of the organisation, updating our skills and acquiring skills required for the work are some of the important factors for building a sustainable career. It is said that sustanability is the key to success and progress. Many people face stagnation during their career. The main reasons for that are of course lack of acquiring new skills, no job enlargement, and lack of desire to contribute more. Today we are living in a very dynamic business environment and it is obvious that we have to perform well and keep on improving in the areas where our expertise can help the organisation grow. Organisations cannot grow if the employees do not update their knowledge and do not contribute more day by day. That is the consideration because of which many organisations impart large number of trainings to motivate and encourage their employees for working in a better fashion in the overall direction of the company objectives.
