Which type of people are more successful?

Many of us will be attempting many tasks and sometimes we will be successful and sometimes we may not be. But some people will have better success rate and some may not. What makes this difference? Which type of people are more successful?

Some people always think that they can't do the task and they feel they are not having the required abilities. Such people never initiate the work with a fear of failure. But some people always think that they can do it and never think that they are inferior. Such people who are confident in their abilities will be more successful in their lives. Self confidence is the key for success. Hope all other members will be in agreement with me.

There is no sure shot recipe for success but experts believe that there are some prerequisites which generally help a person to succeed in his career and life.
Let us go through some of the qualities that people posses and which can be attributed to their success in their lives.
1. Inclination for hard work.
2. Desire to learn.
3. Self confidence.
4. Good decision making and choosing the right options.
5. Avoiding bad company.
6. Respect the superiors but be diplomatic in approach.
7. Not getting discouraged by failures and trying to compete in all situations.

It may not be possible for a single individual to have all the above qualities but if one can posses even a few of them, one can reap the benefits of those attributes.

Knowledge is power.

To attain success in any job, we need to have excellent confidence levels within ourselves and should not be distracted by the adverse comments of someone. They should be analytical minded and flaw in their working procedures if pointed out by someone is to be taken seriously to amend the process. Moreover, we should be good listeners what the people would like to add to make the job more effective. If promoting any product in the market, it would be better to ponder over the customers reviews and to upgrade the products, changes can be made as per their desires. Cost of the product should not be such that it becomes less popular among the customers.

The old statement still holds good in the case of success: it is 99 percent perspiration and one percent inspiration.

In current world, rarely at least, for some people it is the one percent that becomes deciding factor. This on percent inspiration now undergoes change of name like favouristism, nepotism, bribe, some other priorities and simple luck or chance.

But generally it is timely hard work that decides success.
