    A request to the admin to clarify my doubts regarding my reward points and cash payment

    I would like to request the admin/ME to make it clear that my reward points and cash credits that have been added to my dashboard are correct. I have a doubt that cash credits for the thread regarding "fun time with Holi" have been missed out.

    Secondly, I am unclear about when would I be eligible for cash payment since I am active only for the past few months after a long break and I am not aware of the new rules for cash payment.

    I hope my doubts would be cleared sooner.

    Your specific queries regarding the addition of cc in your dashboard figures will be addressed by the concerned editor but there are some general things that I would like to share for your information.

    Generally, a payment is announced when the accumulated cc of the member reaches the 1000 mark. Member has an option of choosing lesser limit by changing the payment settings to get paid when accumulated cc crosses that limit. Still, there might not be any payment due to a large number of members qualifying for payment in a particular month. If payment is announced then one can upload the invoice after which payment is directly paid to one's bank account.

    Bhavani, except for the cash rewards that are announced as part of contests, all others including the ones you may receive for your threads or responses in the Forum or your responses to Ask Expert queries and Resources are automatically credited to your account. Please go to your dashboard and recalculate your points and balance to get updated results.

    Cash payment is announced by the 2nd of every month and you will find your name in the list if you are eligible for the same.

    You have been awarded Rs 10 and Rs 7 for your two responses in Holi fun contest. Please check your dashboard and re-calculate your earning.

    When a member reaches to 1000 Rs, he would be able for a cash payment. Cash payments are deposited to the bank account directly. Tony sir announces cash payment every month. If you find your name in the list you have to submit the invoice. I would suggest you read How to receive payments? for more detail about cash payment.

    Every month on the 2nd there will be an announcement from the Webmaster about the cash payments. A list of the members who obtained cash payments that month will be attached to that. The members who got cash payments will be given an invoice number and also the amount that is sanctioned. Then the member has to upload his/her invoice as per the procedure mentioned. Generally Rs.1000/- is the minimum limit and if you have that amount in your account, you will become eligible for cash payments.
