Which tag should I use?

I have posted an article at ISC. I have provided an official website in the article. Generally, we use A HREF tag for making a link that opens the link in the same window. But for the external link, it is necessary to open them in a new window.

I do not know the HTML tag for opening the link in a new window. Please guide me on which tag I should use for this. Please explain in detail.

You need to use the HTML tags that mention target, blank, and no follow. Please read this Help Topic, where the relevant tags are mentioned under the section of links to external websites.
