TN CM honors the protagonists/actors of 'The Elephant Whisperers'.

Warm wishes to the team that won the Oscars. As this documentary portrays the South Indian couple who was taking care of an orphaned elephant named Raghu in the Mudhumalai forest in Tamil Nadu. The CM honored the actors/couple Bomman and Belli and presented them with Rs.1 lakh each as a token of appreciation when they met him at the Secretariat. Along with this, TN CM also extended a reward of 1 lakh each to 91 other elephant caretakers in Theppakkadu and Kozhikamuthi elephant camps too.

The couple belongs to a tribal village and their language will be a mixture of Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil. Have anyone heard that language speaking? I got one such occasion when these tribal people visited Dakshin Chitra near Chennai for a performance.

It is a good gesture on the part of the Tamilnadu government. Honouring the people who brought laurels to the country should be honoured by the government. The cinematography Minister of the Telangana state government announced that they are going to facilitate the team of RRR for winning the Oscars. There is a proposal made by some MPs in the Parliament to honour both the teams that won the Oscars. These will make the others also try their best to make good films. Getting two Oscar awards that too for the contributions from South India is very encouraging and thanks to both teams for their good work.

In such a situation the head of the respective state or country should show such gestures to applaud the winners. Then only these artists will get the real taste of honour bestowed on them.
Regional cinema in India is doing well and they are progressing well in the cinematography and also in writing story and plot of these movies.

Knowledge is power.
