    Should I stop posting articles?

I have posted articles in job and admission sections, but they were rejected by the editor who gave feedback about poor quality. Should I stop posting or take it as a challenge to try again in these sections and apply what I have learned from reading other articles?

Why stop? Take it as a challenge. Read and understand all the posting guidelines and follow them religiously and start posting again once you are clear about the requirements. I am sure that you will be able to do it if you are passionate and committed with a will to improve. And, above all, be patient. Never be in a hurry while submitting content, even if they are forum threads or responses. All the best!

Yes, I agree with Saji sir. Why stop writing articles? I have seen your articles which are in the pending section. You have not used HTML tags properly. As Saji sir suggested, please read the guidelines for article posting before submitting or editing the articles. Yesterday I found it difficult to use a tag and post a forum thread. Immediately Vandana madam guides me and my article approve within 15 minutes.

So, I suggest you should also post a forum thread if find difficulties but do not stop writing articles. Take it as a challenge.

    Honesty is the best policy.

Rejection can be discouraging, but it's important to remember that it's a natural part of the writing process. Writing is a skill that takes time and practice to develop, and rejection can be an opportunity to learn and improve.

If you are passionate about writing and believe that you have something valuable to share, I would encourage you to continue writing and try again in the job and admission sections. Take the feedback that the editor provided and use it as a learning opportunity to improve the quality of your writing.

It may also be helpful to read articles in these sections and other writing resources to gain insight into what makes a high-quality article. With practice, persistence, and a willingness to learn and grow, you can develop your writing skills and increase your chances of having your articles accepted in the future.

Remember that rejection is not a reflection of your worth as a writer or as a person. Keep trying and don't give up on your passion for writing.

I am surprised by listening the words 'should I stop' from a creative writer like you. In fact you should start writing more vehemently with more vigour and efforts.
Let me tell you my story (a real one) in this regard. There is a site (I will not name it) where about 6 years back I submitted an article. It was rejected. I modified it and thought that it would be published but that did not happen. Then I floated that article link in the forum section there and asked other authors as why that was rejected. Most of them told me that the article was good but there was no content in it. I felt ashamed. How it is possible? It means what I wrote was so general and so simple that anyone could write that. So the fact is that anything which anyone can write will not be appearing promising to the site editors and would be rejected. So I pondered over the problem and read a lot about that topic on which I had submitted my first article there. I then rewrote it. It got published. Today I have published 170 articles there (in last 6 years).
Please do not stop and try to improve as much as possible. Believe me one day we will be happy to see your name in monthly wizard prize for article section. Trust me and go ahead.

    Knowledge is power.

Failures are the stepping stones to success. When we fail only we will get a chance to know our mistakes and we can correct them in our next attempts. We all know Addison failed 16 times in inventing the electric bulb and he was successful in his 17th attempt. Had he stopped after his 1st or 2nd failure, his name might not be known to us. So withdrawing ourselves from the attempts is not good.
Your articles were rejected. The concerned editor might have mentioned the reasons for rejections. Try to understand those reasons and attempt another article following all the points. Don't worry about the rejection. Try again and again. These things will happen anywhere and everywhere and getting dejected will be a loss to the individual only.
So try and try success will be yours.

Thank you for the encouraging words. It's true that failure is a pillar of success. I often encourage my students with these words, but recently I was feeling disheartened. However, your support has filled me with hope, and I have decided to start writing again.
