Don't spend too many nights without sleep
We all agree that health is very important for us to have a happy life. Many people concentrate on their diet and exercise to have good health. But many of them forget the importance of sleep. We all should remember that sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Good sleep will improve brain performance, mood, and health. If a person is not having enough sleep chances of health problems may be more. Chances of suffering from heart disease, obesity and dementia will be high for such persons.Many of us think that sleep is a rest time for the brain also. But our brain will be working when we sleep also. When we sleep our brain will prepare us to learn, remember and create. Our sleep will help the brain in removing waste from our brain.
So please give yourself sufficient time for your sleep.
